You do not need Amazon Lightsail to host your weewx pages; while it's cheap (something less than $4/mo for a simple web server). Instead you can just upload your html and image files to Amazon S3 (follow the link you suggested) and point a Cloudfront service to them, for like $0.11/mo (yes, 11 CENTS). S3 charges more for downloads, so heavy traffic sites cost more. You can check out the AWS pricing calculator at https://calculator.aws
