Okay, I've had to do a reinstall of weewx, thanks to a dist-upgrade that
went awry. First, information:

Raspberry Pi 3B+
Acurite 5n1
Debian Bullseye (well... Raspberry Pi OS Lite) - was Buster

No problems reinstalling weewx - I thought. I had to do a complete wipe of
my SD card as the blinking LED told me that the kernel.img file was
missing, and that mean my install was gone. I did save my weewx.conf file
elsewhere, so that's not a problem.

I reinstalled RPi OS with no issues and did my usual routine apart from
anything weewx. No issues.

I have reinstalled Apache2, and I have sqlite and php installed as well. I
do not have Belchertown and W34 reinstalled as I had before. Apache2 is
giving me the 'it works' page, so that's ok.

I have UFW installed, and allowed HTTP, HTTPS, and SSL.

/var/www/html/weewx exists, but is totally empty, which is a problem. How
do I get it to fill? I've tried reinstalling weewx several times, but the
weewx directory is still empty and the web browser just shows the weewx
directory and not generated pages. Running wee_reports isn't helping.

I'm wondering if the database is having problems, but it is newly installed.

Where am I going wrong, and what information am I forgetting to include?
I'm sure I've forgotten something somewhere.

joe

# This service acts as a filter, converting the unit system coming from
# the hardware to a unit system in the database.

[StdConvert]

    # The target_unit affects only the unit system in the database. Once
    # chosen it cannot be changed without converting the entire database.
    # Modification of target_unit after starting weewx will result in
    # corrupt data - the database will contain a mix of US and METRIC data.
    #
    # The value of target_unit does not affect the unit system for
    # reporting - reports can display US, Metric, or any combination of
units.
    #
    # In most cases, target_unit should be left as the default: US
    #
    # In particular, those migrating from a standard wview installation
