Hi Tom - Old thread, but same question. I just upgraded to 4.5.1 earlier this week. I finally thot about fixing the compass rose orientation since my prevailings are from the south. I edited skin.conf where I found the canned 90 deg due to your prevailings. However, it doesn't take, and if I reboot weewx, it goes back and takes an hour to rebuild the database. What am I mis-doing?
