If I had to guess, I'd say that your logger memory is corrupted <https://github.com/weewx/weewx/wiki/Troubleshooting-the-Davis-Vantage-station#corrupt-station-memory>, but without a log <https://github.com/weewx/weewx/wiki/view-logs> that's just a guess.
