*ftplib.error_perm*: 553 Can't open that file: No such file or directory Possibly a permission error ? Or you are trying to upload to a non-existant directory on the remote server. Did it ever work ? You provided so little information it is hard to guess what is going on.
We’d have to see your FTP section from weewx.conf probably. Be sure to obfuscate the username and password.
