· I’m a newbie as far as weather stations, Raspberry Pi and software is concerned! · My present hardware consists of a weather station model HP2553CA, at this time repeating all acquired data to an app on my mobile to https://www.ecowitt.net/home/index?id=296225 after registering on Ecowitt · My station is identified as ZS6VOL (my registered South African call-sign) · My requirement is to reflect my weather station on APRS.fi (CWOP) · I’ve been partially successful to configure a Raspberry 4B with Bookworm (not Trixie) and WeeWx (latest version) with in mind a server to relay my data. Installation thus far seems good · I also now find the following on Findu.com: Sun Jan 4 12:52:51 2026 inactive member AX370 ZS6VOL PRETORIA, , JAN VOLSCHENK · I have registered with CWOP · Enquiry to them resulted in: “There is no data being received from your site. Please complete the setup and verification procedure, Steps 1, 2 and 3.
