You'll have to ask them what steps 1, 2 and 3 are. They should be pointing
you to what web page those steps are.
For weewx all you typically need to do is the CWOP section of weewx.conf
and restart weewx to make it take effect.

enable = true
station = ZS6VOL
You should see something in your logs like:
INFO weewx.restx: CWOP: Published record 2026-01-05 08:15:00 PST
