Assuming it is group 'weewx', you would need to run "sudo usermod -aG
weewx nick" and log out/in again. For a dpkg installation you'd want
to add yourself to group 'weewx' anyway so you can edit things in
/etc/weewx without needing to use sudo.

etc/weewx/skins/Belchertown/images/sunset.png
Does the uppercase "B" have something to do with this? All
other page elements look okay.
Like I say, I have uninstalled/reinstalled the skin several
times with no change.
