I warned you about those lupine romps through the Santa Monica
Mountains 'neath the full moon.  I would see a certified mixologist
immediately.  Then give it a month or two to go away on its own,
before breaking down and plugging your symptoms into WebMD.

You might try an antibiotic ointment such as neosporin, rather than
cortisone.  And I'd try a dermatologist over an allergist.  Less
likely to stick a bunch of needles in ya.  Good luck!
