Yes, I truly believe that you are being unreasonable to conclude 
that at least some of the specific people who were arrested must be 
guilty of the alleged plot to blow up planes over the Atlantic, 
since you admit that your conclusion is based solely on the fact 
that those people were arrested.

Arrest does not equal guilt.  Particularly in a high-profile case 
like this one, in which the U.S. admits that it pressured the U.K. 
to bring the matter to some kind of resolution.  Under that kind of 
pressure, mistakes can easily be made.
