natural birth? Like no drugs? There was a huge article in the Boston Globe Magazine about that recently, very controversial because the author, a guy of course, didn't understand why anyone would want to give birth in pain if they could avoid it, and the basic premise was unequal access to anesthesia. Very 1-sided, with no opposing view saying some people might actually prefer it that way. It was basically problem=some women give birth without drugs, solution=easier access to anesthesia.
