To me, "ginchy" entails some moxie.  Of your list, I'd keep Loeb and
Moore.  The rest, while attractive, are not ginchy.  I would add
Janeane Garofolo and Sarah Silverman.  I also think Laura from Project
Runway is kind of ginchy, but that's probably because she looks like a
flapper (when ginchy was coined).  She's ginchy-milf.  Well, maybe drop
the f.  I'd certainly like to have a drink/talk with her.

I never got into Friends, and thus don't see the appeal of Aniston. 
I'm more of a Cynthia Nixon guy.  Milian I've not heard of, I'm afraid
to admit.
