So they make dishwashers and pork chops?  Were you born and/or raised 
in Iowa?  Obviously your mom lives in MD, so either you moved east 
w/your family or you both moved here independently, unless of course 
you moved to Iowa on your own, something I don't think I would be 
willing to do, personally.
