uh oh, the holidays are coming--I'm guessing everyone's availability 
will be limited until after the new year. (Speaking from experience.) 
Seeing as this isn't specifically a holiday-oriented celebration, 
maybe you can take a full month to organize it and get people to 
commit, etc., and schedule it in early January?  Maybe MLK birthday 
weekend?  Just a thought--I'm not attending.
