I saw it last night after Letterman, meaning 12:30 AM.  Right before
the Clapper commercial.  Maybe they are from the same company.  That's
how I found out about the Garfield thing.  You would think they were
X-rated or something.  Or maybe the company doesn't want kids to see
the ads, so as not to ruin the surprise or something.  I learned from
the website that they are only available at Christmas because they are
handmade and it takes a year to make 1 holiday season's worth.  I had
no idea.  But I also learned from the website that they are definitely
more trouble than they are worth unless you are actually into
gardening. It's way more complicated than I expected.  They have TV
characters like Homer Simpson.  Why would you want a Chia Homer
anyway?  the grass is supposed to look like fur or hair.  Why would
you put it on a character that is supposed to be bald?  I don't get it.
