gosh I'm sorry--I can see how that would be confusing. Totally didn't make that connection when I posted it. The whole thing was confusing on several levels--when I saw the authors listed as Daniel Defoe and Regina Barreca, I immediately think they worked together, you know, like Gene Weingarten and Gina Barreca. So it was this weird time warp thing. My brain was having trouble processing the concept of Daniel Defoe and Regina Barreca as the authors of a book. I was like cool--they invented time travel! Or something like that.
