That's an excellent idea! I've worked in office buldings that have done that
sort of thing a few times a year...helps you get know other tenants in the
building. It's not too "kiddy" at all. Adults like ice cream too! You should
see the adults come out of their houses in my neighborhood when the ice cream
man comes around..including me!
