The F&C on Bond St, also has cheap, fantastic, delicious Vietnamese!
(I'm not kidding, just went there Monday)

Open til 9pm, and aside from the F&C standards, their Vietnamese
dishes are only $9-12. And they've got this red been coconut ice
dessert that is delicious for summer...
The ambience is a bit... F&C shop though.

Waxing lyrical, but I wanted tasty fuds last night. ;P
