there is quite an elevation and a good amount of foliage between the park and the houses. I think that any noise that makes it through the trees will go over the houses (I know that is pseudo science with sound moving in straight lines... shrug) Noise control does not kick in till.... 10..?
And no we do not need permission to spin anywhere.. it is a courtesy when we get it. If someone wants to let the council know... then that's all good..
