I think mine is valid... I'll have to dig it out... Though from memory, we're really not supposed to do fire on cuba mall it'self... but if the owners of the shop/pub/bar are ok with it then the city has to be, though there's no hard fast rules to it really... one of those grey areas - I reckon it's the kind of situation that the fire spinning doesn't go on for that long and by the time walkwise or anyone in some semblance of authority comes along, we're done... but yes, having a permit or an ok from an owner adds an extra spin or two.
