We will switch WengoPhoneNG to Qt-4.1.0 next week and it will not

Qt-4.1.0rc1 is already available under GNU GPL (Windows, Linux, MacOSX).
Will this also allow to compile WengoPhoneNG with mingw or is there
still a requirement to use VC under Windows?
