phApi does not compile with MinGW so you have to set nullsipwrapper=1
and phapiwrapper=0 in order to compile WengoPhoneNG under Windows using
MinGW.
Before I give it a try: If phApi does not compile, isn't WengoPhoneNG
more or less useless? Are you planning to support phAPI also on minGW?
