WengoPhoneNG is independant from phApi, you can use sipX or add another
wrapper for SIP/IAX/Jiggle/WhatEverYourLike.
For the sipX wrapper it does not link with MinGW because I compiled sipX
under VC7.1 rather than VC6 and MinGW seems to be only compatible with VC6.
Are you planning to support phAPI also on minGW?
