Well, i think they are, technically speaking, not tied together. We can
have a plug-in system without any external API to control NG, the
reverse is true too. IMHO, they should be separated.
a poll could be great in order to define priority.
I would say, let's work on both of these ideas, and we'll see what comes
up from them.
