Should be part of the standard codecs in use, someone else will go
    into more
detail. (Different codecs would vary.) But as far as i know there are certain DSP implementation that helps in getting the required result. G.729 has got some capibilities in built. DO correct if i m wrong > - Does it support Call Transfer, Call Divert , voice conferencing .

Conferencing was the most requested feature for the next version, WengoPhoneNG.
As of now conferencing is implemented as a service by the operator, which
supports any phone.

That Wengo-the-operator has an Asterisk server running the conference module, and you dial the number of such a conference room and your friends do too and then you have a conference. This is quite similar to how you can have a telephone conference on normal telephones today. It requires no special support from the client.

Yes, this is a thing Wengo could improve it's service. There could be a simple way to use the conference service. Similarly the 333,334,335 numbers should be automatically added to everyones address books.

What about the other feature like Call Forwarding,Call Transfer,Call Divert etc.

We will have to wait for someone else to answer these (and echo cancellation, error correction etc...)
