Under Windows we still have a lot of problems with libraries that are
compiled using mingw for debugging. Ideally Gaim, OpenSSL and FFmpeg
should be compiled using VC++
I think that is important to have the single developer/packager to
choose whether he wants to use a system library or not (== command
line switch)
If not, there should be the choice of using sources uploaded in the
3rdparty tree or, for those using a correct combination of compilers /
versions, precompiled binaries.
