I have miss this. Ok, the Openssl license is now compatible with QT

So the only remaining tasks are:

1) get rif of iLBC 
2) a propep netlib header (but i think i can demote the debian bug to
normal priority if you ship a COPYING file with GPL in the root of the
source tree)
