1206: Merge "Log off" and "Switch profile"

The idea behind the "log off" entry was to be able to unload your
entire profile and unregister you from any network you were connected
so that someone else could use your wengophone instance, whereas
"Switch profile" just pop out the login window.
So I'm ok with the merge but I think the "switch profile" must log you
off before

What about moving the chat icon to the status bar ? Maybe we could
only make it appear when a chat session is opened and make it flashes
when there are unread messages
