Do you just want to rename the binary file name (after compilation) or do just can't find the wengophone.exe (which should be found under "build/debug")? It seems for me, that you haven't passed the CMake configuration where the Visual Studio Project files are created. Am I right? If so, have a look at my post[1]. You may get a clue what to do. If you still have problems just report back.
