I'm implementing debug version. No .exe, and when I copy the .exe
from c:/program files/Wengophone and try to run it in the debug folder
this error appears: "This application has failed to start because
owwebcam.dll was not found.Re-instaling the application may fix this
problem."
Any clue?

Cmake is ONLY builds Makefiles
After running CMAKE you need to launch nmake to do the actual build
