Follow-up Comment #1, bug #9120 (project wesnoth):
Indeed, the crown masks the top of the bars (3 row of pixels + 1 for the
border). I try to move a little the crown (3 up and 2 right, because we must
stay in the hex), see screenshot.
We can also lower the bars.
