Details:
...if I send a message to someone _while I am observing a game myself_. I.e.
the message is only shown when I'm in the lobby.
Why I labeled this a bug instead of a feature request? Because if you get no
(positive or negative) acknowledgment about the whisper, you assume that it
went through, but was just not responded to - which is not what actually
happened.
