Details:

When trying to reload a scenario of a noteable size (eg. Temple of naga, fall
of the tent) reload does work resulting in a disconnection. This happen to all
the people i know using windows on all builds 1.2.x and 1.3.x So it should be
easy to reproduce.

Sometimes fake joins show just after trying to load and before it could even
be possible to join as the game have not yet appeared in the lobby. 

If i ping the wesnoth server it appears to be when ping time goes above 3000
ms. 

I'm not sure this is only on windows build but it have been the only place i
could test it. The bug ruin alot of good gaming from user made scenarios. If
