Follow-up Comment #2, bug #9215 (project wesnoth):
The problem seems to be a quite short timeout for the upload to finish so
people with slow upload to the wesnoth server usually get disconnected. I've
actually never experienced that myself. As I'm using Debian this might well
be windows specific. Would indicate a client side timeout then..
