Follow-up Comment #2, patch #746 (project wesnoth):

This certainly solves the same problem in spirit that the scrolling to for
healing problem does.  I don't know where the healing scroll code is, but I
could probably factor this code into some utility class and then use it for
both unit selection order and healing scroll order.

This handles new units being added as a turn is being played.  It just adds
the new units to the end of the cycle as they are found.  Every time n is
pressed, it does a scan for new units.
