Details:
The "Tome of Wesnoth" gives tips to the user. One of them says the
following:
"Nearly every icon and word in Wesnoth's playing screen has a tool-tip. Place
your mouse pointer over one to get an explanation or description."
It's a bit ironic that the two buttons in the tips box are the only ones in
the main screen that _don't_ have a tooltip for them. Sure, they _are_
obvious, but so are a number of other buttons, yet these still have a tooltip
for them.
