I can't see any simple implementation for this short of changing the way
villages are captured. (I wouldn't want to change this only for skirmishers
anyway, btw.)
Which is incidentally not such a bad idea. We could change the time of
capturing to the start of the players turn... But that is rather a different
feature request.
