Details:
Because of some missing strings the translation statistic for 'de' is very
missleading. It says > 99,6 % but MANY strings are just not included and - in
fact - can't be translated at all.
For example "The other shamans and I can prevent [...]"
According to Ivanovic: there are some strings marked as translatable in
02_Harsh_Sands.cfg but are just not included in the .po's.
