Details:
The top row is not editable. The one row that is meant to provide the
halfhexes for the top. The left, right and bottom do work as expected. Just
(0,[odd-number]) ((0,1), (0,3), ...) Can not be edited.
On the attached screenshot I did try to place a border of off^usr hexes
around the map to display this issue.
