Solution: After installing python, take the python25.dll from the python
directory. Rename it python23.dll and replace the python23.dll in Wesnoth
directory. Then bruteforce.py will work.
NOTE: The python25.dll file is found under Windows\system32
This appears to be simply that Python in the Windows build requires updating.
Will leave to someone to decide on assignment.
