Follow-up Comment #1:

This is one of our SDL/Mac cursor bug. But I need more details to try to find
a workaround. (I can't reproduce the bug here, so hard to see what's wrong)

- Your report seems to imply that color cursor can go out of the window.
That's not wanted/possible, can you confirm ?

- Or do you see lingering double cursor in the game window, but your system
cursor can leave the window (or even stay invisible out of the window but you
can click on your desktop elements)

- Does the problem reappears when leaving the window ? (which make the bug
more annoying)

- Does it happen when starting the game (with color cursor on) or when
switching preferences in-game (in both directions) ? And do you have a
difference between these 2 cases.

PS: sorry describing this or understanding the description is not simple but
important to find a solution. More precise and complete you are, better are
the chances to find a good one (because i don't want to start to randomly add
maybe useless code).

We also have some change planned on the cursor code for 1.3.11 (yes it's
probably too late for 1.3.10), so it's the right time to try to fix this one
(even if lacking a developer using Mac is a real problem).
