Details:
There are sometimes moments where you want to save your game fast and
pressing Ctrl-S more than one time.
Often you have 2-4 savegame dialogues, the first one is fine, you save your
game. Then the second shows, the third, ...
It would be better if BoW "forgets" that you have pressed Ctrl-S if the
savegame dialogue was open just before.
