Details:
commit #22068 added the requirement for boost iostreams.
please add the proper tests to configure.ac.
Attached a test program for the new library, the zlib dependency is already
tested for pngs. The program needs to be compiled with the following
command:
gcc test.cpp -lz -lboost_iostreams -o test
