Details:
I'm using a MacBook Pro, which has two finger scrolling with the trackpad.
I'm pretty sure that this is handled the same way as a scroll wheel by
software though. The problem I'm encountering is, when I scroll up, it goes
down some as well. If I scroll up really fast, the net effect is up, but if I
go slow it just goes down. Scrolling down goes extra fast.
