Follow-up Comment #2, bug #10600 (project wesnoth):
As long as this is not for Default, I'm fine with it Noyga. I can see its
usefulness for UMEs but it is an unbalancing option for Default games, and
any potential work arounds (like showing which factions were excluded from
the random choice) would be very unkiss.
