Details:
Currently, if a unit with an attack of type "foo" attacks a unit whose
movement type does not have a stated resistance amount to type "foo", the
resistance will default to 0. This means that the attack will default to
doing no damage (or, rather, one damage, since one is the minimum). It seems
much more logical, and useful, to have resistances default to 100 (i.e., no
resistance or weakness to the attack) - that way, a unit with a 10-4 "foo"
attack attacking someone without a stated resistance to "foo" will deal 10
damage per strike.
