Follow-up Comment #1, bug #10960 (project wesnoth):
Graphics for standing animations were introduced after the string freeze.
They are quite CPU intensive and not very subtle so probably distractive for
some players. At the moment standing animations can be switched off only if
you also switch off idle animations. I would like to add a string for a
separate option to give players the possibility to switch off standing
animations without also losing all idle animations.
File: data/_main.cfg
New string: "Unit Standing Animations"
