Details:
This is a metabug to list all stringchanges and additions that are needed
before 1.4 that will either introduce new strings that can not be avoided, or
that do change the meaning of strings due to changes in the ruleset that could
not be prevented.
If the changes are spelling and grammar fixes that do not alter the meaning,
just add them in the wiki:
http://www.wesnoth.org/wiki/SpellingMistakes
When listing things in here, please do post the *complete* change, that is
every alterd/added string should include this:
1) What has to be changed or added? ([oldstring]/newstring)
2) Where does that have to be done? (filename[s]:linenumber)
3) Why? (there should be a good reason not just "for the sake of doing so", a
valid reason eg is "rules for healing were changed, but that change was not
propagated into the manual")
This list is intended to be a list for translators so that they know what
they have to look for. Feel free to post a link to other reports mentioning
this stuff, too.
I want to apply those fixes very soon and start the hard stringfreeze right
afterwards. Due to the huge amount of changes eg in thot I plan to extand the
hard freeze from two weeks to at least three weeks, maybe even four. I would
like to start the hard freeze in 24h, so please do hurry a little.
