Follow-up Comment #3, bug #11024 (project wesnoth):

I stripped my multiplayer campaign from unesessary components (music,
graphics, ...) and created a compressed tar file (attached) from it.

Just extract the contents to $HOME/.wesnoth/data/campaigns and you should
trigger the problem.

@esr I just tested the whole problem with old maps, because Ivanovic told me
to do this, after having told him about the problem in the editor. And I only
tested it with the complete campaign. So much for deducing from a whole
campaign to one map.
