Follow-up Comment #2, bug #11105 (project wesnoth):
When I did a networked test just now, using two clients from my machine, the
scenario progressed just fine even though the non-host client triggered the
ending event.
So perhaps this is related to whether the client has the add-on installed? In
an earlier test on the server with ping today our game got hung up - and he
didn't have the campaign installed.
